Will an AI agent say the wrong thing to my customers?
Agents only use information and questions you approve. Anything outside that, including price negotiations and complaints, goes to a person with the whole conversation attached.
Does the WhatsApp agent work in Arabic?
Yes. It detects the language of each message and replies in Arabic or English, including Gulf phrasing.
